DuctWise sizes ducts by the equal-friction method, totals the static pressure of a run, and exports a duct schedule as a PDF.

Common questions

Where do the numbers come from?

Every figure is computed from the Darcy-Weisbach and Huebscher equations. DuctWise does not reproduce ACCA, SMACNA or ASHRAE tables — you enter your own fitting losses, velocity limits and air properties.

Is it an engineered design?

No. DuctWise is a calculation aid. Results must be verified by a qualified engineer and checked against the blower performance data and equipment ratings for the equipment being installed.

Privacy

DuctWise collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no network connection. The app never sends your data anywhere, because it never sends anything anywhere.

• Everything you enter stays on your device.
• We cannot see your data, and neither can anyone else.
• Nothing is shared with or sold to third parties.
• Delete the app and the data is gone with it.
• If you email us for support, we see only what you choose to put in that email.

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
